How do I install my SMART ethanol burner?

Installing a SMART ethanol burner is as easy as plugging it in and dropping it into the prepared cavity! Follow the steps below to install your SMART burner and smartphone app.

Plug in the SMART ethanol burner.

Use the two handles to lift the burner and fit it into the existing fireplace surround. (*Please make sure to remove the handles before using the SMART ethanol burner.)

Grab your phone and search for “The Bio Flame” in your app store. If you’re having trouble locating the app on iPhone or Android, please email us at hello@thebioflame.com so we can send across a QR code to get you started.

After installing the app on your phone, connect to the “The Bio Flame” Wi-Fi network. When prompted, enter the following password: “0123456789” and you’re all set!
Where can I install my SMART ethanol fireplace?

You can use the SMART burner in any Bio Flame ethanol fireplace, such as a free-standing fireplace, or wall-mounted fireplace, as ethanol fireplace burner inserts to replace an existing, traditional fireplace, or as a burner insert in a firebox setting.

Amazing product

I just now ordered my second fireplace from Bio Flame, after owning my first one for over 5 years. In that 5 year period,
I downsized and moved from my home into a condo and in the process lost several components to my fireplace. Even though this was my wrong doing,
Bio Flame sent out the replacement part and accessories free of charge. All I can say is amazing product and terrific customer service! - Gerald D.
